I just wanted to be sure you knew that your staff were AMAZING last night at the wedding. Lauren and Wendy were absolutely on top of it, at every moment from setup to cleanup. I was blown away by how hard they were working amidst the crowd; every time I turned around one of them was running up and down the stairs to collect plates or helping me get pie to elderly guests. They were seriously stellar. I also really appreciated that they collected the recycling for me. The food was just as amazing as when we did the tasting. Please also thank the chef.
