Wow! Selecting Have Party Will Travel for our reception was the BEST decision!  Mindy and her staff were FANTASTIC to work with every step of the way!  They thought of every detail for our event! Everything was handled professionally and created amazing results!  Every aspect of the relationship was fabulous – the initial consult; the bid; the food tasting and color decisions; the ability to get us an ice sculpture; the coordination with the venue; the map of the venue; the coordination – set up, and take down of all the tables and rentals; the quick timing to get everything ready as the reception couldn’t start until the public library (our venue) closed; the staff who ensured everything flowed smoothly for the evening; the coordination with the venue; the coordination with the cake; Mindy even pinned a hole in my dress before the reception began!  The food was fantastic at the event (we received so many compliments)! The set up of the event was amazing! I had full confidence in everything they were doing due to the communication in the process! I was able to enjoy the event as the mother of the bride as they truly handled all of the details for the evening.  If you are looking for a caterer who truly allows you to enjoy the event – you absolutely need to call HPWT!  

I just had my wedding October 7 in Salt Lake City. And I moved to Georgia right after we got engaged so it was a little hard to coordinate. HPWT is amazing, all of the staff made sure they had every detail right BEFORE the day of. And at the wedding everything was perfect, the food was amazing, the staff was friendly and the bartender was perfect. I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

They were even kind enough to invite my fiancé and I to a tasting event, which we loved.

I highly recommend!

Just wanted to end this ‘super great’ evening by sending y’all an email with our thanks and appreciation for a “most wonderful” event. We totally enjoyed all the food and how beautiful the presentation was.

HPWT had great ideas of what to serve: the smores bar was very well received (many good comments!); the pasta salad was delicious;, the fruit bowl was yummy; the vegetables looked so attractive; the chicken is was a hit; the braised beef was really tasty. We all felt that it was a well rounded and delightful variety of food. Please express our thanks to all those who prepared the food.

always right on top of the events and are watchful over all the details.

We could not be more pleased with Have Party Will Travel. Mindy was so friendly and helpful during the planning process. She also made a point to come out to our wedding venue weeks prior to the event in order to ensure everything was planned for. During our wedding, the entire Have Party Will Travel staff was friendly, professional, and extra hard working. Even when our wedding ran longer than anticipated, the staff continued to be fantastic. The food was terrific. We chose the chicken piccata and crusted salmon for entrees and both were great. We don’t have any experience with other caterers in Utah, but we cannot imagine a better experience. Many many thanks.

If you need a caterer in the Salt Lake City area, Have Party Will Travel is the way to go! They are very professional and the quality of food and service are excellent.
