 Have Party Will Travel catered my son’s wedding reception and did a fabulous job. They were straightforward during the planning stages and they were well organized and looking great ahead of time for our reception. Their excellent preparation ended up saving the day for us because we had a number of guests show up early but the bride and groom show up late (migraine). We were able to direct everyone over to the food and they smoothly took over and made it all appear quite normal. And did I forget to mention, the food was delicious. Street tacos and chocolate covered strawberries.Thank you Abby and crew. 

 Excellent place, the people are funny, friendly, and go the distance to be helpful and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend. 

 We had the pleasure of having HPWT cater our wedding, and that was NOT a mistake. They went above and beyond with their delicious food, and desserts. Mindy was such a pleasure to work with, and made my vision come to life. They will not disappoint! We still have people complementing the food!

We recently used HPWT for our wedding luncheon and they exceeded our expectations! The staff (especially Mindy) was so professional, responsive, and communicative. She helped us create the perfect luncheon menu for our big day at Red Butte Garden and answered all of my many questions leading up to the event. On the day of the event, everything went perfectly! The biggest compliment I have is that the food is absolutely DELICIOUS- especially the eclairs!!!! I used to live in France and I can genuinely say that this is one of the best eclairs I’ve ever had (there is a reason their chef wins awards for them). All of the food and the service was amazing and I’m glad that we went with them. I’ve also had their food at other events and been equally impressed. Thanks so much to the HPWT team- I definitely recommend them!

I cannot say enough about HPWT, if you need a caterer, please hire them. Their motto alone speaks for itself. I mostly worked with Mindy and she is the ABSOLUTE best!! She is organized, very responsive, and I felt like she cared about my big day just as much as my mom did. They are very professional, their food is delicious (got so many compliments at and after the wedding), and they are very friendly and will work with you to make sure that you are happy and love everything about your big day. Hiring them was one of the best decisions I made. I'm kind of sad my wedding is over and I don't get to talk with Mindy anymore. I feel like I made friends at HPWT and I will miss working with them 

Working with Have Party Will Travel Catering was one of the best decisions we made when it came to the planning of our wedding. All of our guests raved about the food and the incredible level of service. The staff of HPWT went out of their way to accommodate everyone and the food was absolutely delicious!!! We had a buffet with two main courses; and both dishes  (chicken piccata and pot roast), were amazing!!! The vegetables were fresh, the Parmesan rolls to die for and the mason jar desserts were a big hit! I cannot give a strong enough recommendation for the catering provided by Have Party Will Travel!  

I highly recommend Have Party Will Travel for your caterer!  Tilynn helped ease my nerves and was very patient with my indecisiveness. She  worked with our budget which I really appreciated! We ended up ordering the grilled cheese w/ tomato soup, meatballs and fruit.  Tilynn drew up some ideas of where our tables and decorations would be placed at the venue on a map, and met us there for our rehearsal. I cannot express how helpful she was in the arrangement of everything!  The day of our wedding was amazing and I give most of the credit to the catering. Our lead, Trisha, was very attentive to my husband and I. She brought us water throughout the night without us asking.  Thank you again for a wonderful experience!  

Excellent food and incredible service from the wait staff! Our wedding was a hit and ran smoothly. Lots of positive comments on the food from guests. Beautiful displays as well. Highly recommend.  

We were so impressed with Have Party Will Travel! I would definitely recommend them. Right from the beginning Mindy was great to work with and was so patient and flexible. The caterers were so great at the wedding and worked so well with the other vendors. They were so good to me during the event and packed and wrapped up food for us. I received compliments all night and even the day after received texts about how good everything was. It was so great and they did such a nice job. They are so reasonably priced for what they do.  

Have Party Will Travel catered my daughters wedding and all I can say is they are AMAZING all around! Mindy Myers and her staff were professional and friendly and helped make the evening perfect! This was our first wedding and Mindy helped us figure out what would work with our venue and catered it around the wishes of the bride and groom! They arrived right on time, set up was very appealing to the eye and the food was so good people are still talking about it! I would highly recommend them!!  

HPWT catered our Company Holiday party. The food was delicious and the catering staff was attentive and professional.  We were very pleased with the whole experience.  

I recently worked with HPWT for a large event and Mindy & her team were absolutely wonderful. Our event needed a particular amount of flexibility due to its nature and all of the dietary restrictions that were needed. They were incredibly accommodating. Mindy was always available by phone and email. The day of the event the food was delicious and beautiful & the staff was professional.  The wait staff were attentive and kept the buffet table full and were quick to clear attendees dirty plates. I would definitely recommend them!  

Wow! Selecting Have Party Will Travel for our reception was the BEST decision!  Mindy and her staff were FANTASTIC to work with every step of the way!  They thought of every detail for our event! Everything was handled professionally and created amazing results!  Every aspect of the relationship was fabulous - the initial consult; the bid; the food tasting and color decisions; the ability to get us an ice sculpture; the coordination with the venue; the map of the venue; the coordination - set up, and take down of all the tables and rentals; the quick timing to get everything ready as the reception couldn't start until the public library (our venue) closed; the staff who ensured everything flowed smoothly for the evening; the coordination with the venue; the coordination with the cake; Mindy even pinned a hole in my dress before the reception began!  The food was fantastic at the event (we received so many compliments)! The set up of the event was amazing! I had full confidence in everything they were doing due to the communication in the process! I was able to enjoy the event as the mother of the bride as they truly handled all of the details for the evening.  If you are looking for a caterer who truly allows you to enjoy the event - you absolutely need to call HPWT!  

I just had my wedding October 7 in Salt Lake City. And I moved to Georgia right after we got engaged so it was a little hard to coordinate. HPWT is amazing, all of the staff made sure they had every detail right BEFORE the day of. And at the wedding everything was perfect, the food was amazing, the staff was friendly and the bartender was perfect. I didn't have to worry about a thing.

They were even kind enough to invite my fiancé and I to a tasting event, which we loved.

I highly recommend!

Just wanted to end this 'super great' evening by sending y'all an email with our thanks and appreciation for a "most wonderful" event. We totally enjoyed all the food and how beautiful the presentation was.
HPWT had great ideas of what to serve: the smores bar was very well received (many good comments!); the pasta salad was delicious;, the fruit bowl was yummy; the vegetables looked so attractive; the chicken is was a hit; the braised beef was really tasty. We all felt that it was a well rounded and delightful variety of food. Please express our thanks to all those who prepared the food.

thoughtful, happy and attentive...they take care of everything; they are
always right on top of the events and are watchful over all the details.
Our family feels so blessed to work with HPWT and to have the continued

We could not be more pleased with Have Party Will Travel. Mindy was so friendly and helpful during the planning process. She also made a point to come out to our wedding venue weeks prior to the event in order to ensure everything was planned for.  During our wedding, the entire Have Party Will Travel staff was friendly, professional, and extra hard working. Even when our wedding ran longer than anticipated, the staff continued to be fantastic. The food was terrific. We chose the chicken piccata and crusted salmon for entrees and both were great. We don't have any experience with other caterers in Utah, but we cannot imagine a better experience. Many many thanks. 

If you need a caterer in the Salt Lake City area, Have Party Will Travel is the way to go! They are very professional and the quality of food and service are excellent.   

HPWT was absolutely wonderful to work with. We hired them to cater my son's rehearsal dinner. The staff was polished and professional. The tables they set were beautiful and the food was amazing. We appreciated how all our stress as a family was completely removed once HPWT arrived. They took care of everything and we were able to enjoy visiting with family and friends.  Another thing that was so impressive was that the dinner started at least an hour later than we had planned and the food was still delicious! We will certainly use HPWT again and would highly recommend their services to anyone.  Thanks for everything!!    

We chose HPWT to cater my daughter's wedding at Red Butte Gardens. They offer a great group of vendors, helping to keep prices in line and offered advice and guidance to make it a great event. The staff took great care of the bride and groom ensuring they had a meal to take with them at the end of the night. We received multiple compliments on the food (that it was delicious - not your ordinary wedding dinner) and handled everything we needed with a smile. Mindy was a great help in our planning, Amber and her staff did a fabulous job at the wedding site! Thank you HPWT for making it a wonderful evening for my daughter! 

The girls at Have Party Will Travel did a great job making sure our venue looked beautiful and that there was plenty to eat. I got a lot of food for a pretty reasonable price and all of it was delicious. They were on time and everything was ready for us when they said it would be. 

When I began planning my wedding I knew what I wanted, but not how to do it. I was so stressed about all the details. I came in and told the coordinators exactly what I wanted and then let them take over from there. When I came into my reception everything was beautiful, delicious, and perfect. I couldn't have asked for anything more! 

I am extremely satisfied with the service we received from 'Have Party will Travel.' They were so flexible with us. The staff was perfect and went above and beyond! I have no words to express my gratitude. The wedding turned out perfect and a lot had to do how they handle things for us.  

I was so happy that I chose Have Party Will Travel. So easy to work with. Very accommodating and everything was just perfect. The food was delicious and so beautifully displayed. If I had another daughter to get married I would definitely chose them again and I highly recommend them to anyone.

They were easy to work with, and very responsive! They let me choose whatever i wanted, and even made the cutest heat-shaped PB & J for me! I would totally recommend them to anyone! They had great presentation, and great food!
